Meet Coach Eric Lund

Coach Eric is professionally certified through the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) — one of the most respected credentialing bodies in the sport. His tennis journey has taken him around the world, with a decade of playing and training experience in India and Brazil, as well as extensive time competing in Virginia before settling in Utah County.

Today, Eric brings that international experience home. He currently serves as Assistant Coach for the boys tennis team at Spanish Fork High School and the girls tennis team at Spanish Fork Junior High School — helping develop the next generation of players right here in the community.

Whether your goal is to play recreationally, compete at the high school level, or simply pick up a racket for the first time, Coach Eric will meet you where you are and help you grow — one lesson at a time.

Philosophy

My Coaching Philosophy

Tennis should be fun. That's the foundation of everything I do. When players enjoy themselves on the court, they practice more, improve faster, and stick with the game for life.

I focus on building solid fundamentals first — footwork, technique, and consistency — then layer in strategy and mental game as players grow. Every lesson is a conversation, not a lecture.

Let's Work Together

I'd love to help you reach your tennis goals. Reach out and let's set up your first lesson.
